To meet our regulatory obligations, we are required to verify the identity of individuals we work with. As part of this process, we conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Identity Verification (IDV) checks.

These checks are performed to comply with applicable legal requirements, including enhanced verification standards aligned with Companies House guidance. We collect and process your personal information solely for these purposes to meet our legal obligations. Your details will be securely shared with a third-party identity verification provider, InfoTrack, where necessary. All information is handled in accordance with data protection laws.

What happens next?

Once we have collected your personal information, InfoTrack will email you with a link to their secure online platform. Like lots of other online platforms, you’ll be asked to supply some personal information and scans of documents, which Infotrack will then use to confirm your details.

The cost of this check is £10 per check, which will be billed as an expense.
